Sales EDC is an Elephant Accountability LLC product. The founder is a working outside sales rep.
Sales EDC — short for Sales Every Day Carry — was built because the founder kept buying sales tools that worked great in demos and badly in trucks. Every tool wanted to be the rep's "operating system," and none of them respected that the rep's actual operating system is: a phone, between visits, in 15-minute windows.
So we built the everyday carry pouch instead. Three tools, one vault, no subscription required to start. Every purchase builds toward a free month if the rep decides the kit is worth keeping.
Who we are
Elephant Accountability LLC is a California single-member LLC. The founder is Chris Kenney — a working RSM in the field at Sensors & Software. Sales EDC is a separate venture, built with the explicit approval of his employer.
Who Sales EDC is for
Field reps, channel reps, distributor reps, manufacturer reps — anyone whose job involves territories, accounts, and 30+ conversations a month with people who aren't on a screen. If you spend 40-60% of your workday in a vehicle, this was built for you.
Who Sales EDC is not for
Inside sales reps making 80-120 calls a day. Their tooling needs are different and well-served by ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach. We are not better than those tools for that workload. We're built for the inverse workload.
Our position on AI
Sales EDC uses large language models in our pipeline because they're useful. We don't say "AI-powered" in our marketing because that's not a feature — that's plumbing. Reps care about whether the brief is accurate, not what made it. We'll tell you when the system is uncertain, when sample sizes are small, and when we don't have the data to answer a question.
Our position on data
Three tiers: Tier 1 (employer-owned CRM data) stays with the employer. Tier 2 (rep-owned vault) belongs to the rep, is portable across jobs, and is encrypted at rest. Tier 3 (anonymized aggregate) is the only data we use to improve the product for the whole user base — and we tell you exactly what's in it.
