À la Carte Purchases

14-day refund window. If you're unsatisfied with any à la carte SKU (market report, contact enrichment, pre-call brief, research pack), request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Automatic approval for purchases under $100. Refunds are processed immediately with no questions asked. You'll receive your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Manual review for purchases over $100. Refund requests over $100 are reviewed within 24 hours. We'll contact you if we need additional information.

Credit clawback. If you've accumulated credits toward a subscription, refunded amounts are deducted proportionally from your credit balance.

Subscriptions

30-day pro-rated refund (first month only). If you're unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days, request a pro-rated refund based on days used.

Cancel anytime, no refund after 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund is provided for the current billing period after the first 30 days.

Pro trial period. Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Your card won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial — no charge, no questions asked.

The following are not eligible for refund:

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us first. If you have an issue with a purchase, email [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 hours.

Chargeback policy. If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account and ban future purchases. Chargebacks incur a $15 processing fee.
